Note:- (1) One Exam on one Day followed fixed for the Exam.

(2)A new time slot of 12:00 pm is issued in RED COLOR that is informed in the Exam Date Sheet.

(4.1)Question Paper(Exam) BLUEPRINT:-


(A) Hand-Written -Virtual Assessment (HWVA):- This assessment takes under the TIMED Virtual Assessment for the online evaluation of the Class by the Subject Teacher with the 40 Min. of time-duration.

Here, Students will write their Answers. Under the Subject-Teacher's Live Observation and then Upload their response by clicking the picture of the pages(answers) and upload it to the Online Assessment Question part (Add File).

 *NOTE* On * H.W.V.S.* answer sheets, students write their name, Class, and subject. On every single sheet, fill with the student's information follows by the above mention format.

 

(B) Online Assessment (MCQ, True/Fales, Fill ups) 

@ Release grade: Immediately after each submission.

@ Time duration is 60 Min.

*NOTE*:-

 (A) Classes, I to V Parents must help or assist their Child to Add file /upload file while attempting the Online Question.

(B) Students will attempt the HWVA first in the Virtual Session on the Subject Teacher within 40 minutes; then, they will attempt the Online Assessment of (MCQ, True/Fales, Fill ups).

(B.1) HWVA's Questions will be shared on the Screen by the Subject-Teacher or students can write the Questions on an answer sheet before the Virtual Session starts as the Online Question paper will be dropped 10 minutes before the Virtual Session.

(C) After completing the HWVA part, a student can leave the meeting after acknowledging the Subject teacher and then start the Online-Assessment.

(D) After Attempting Both parts of the Online Question Paper, a student can submit it and take a screenshot for reference.
