*Parents will collect the *EXAMINATION-SHEETS(for HWVA responses)*

*bunch* by  *MONDAY,March 22 (11:00 am to 05:00 pm) and by TUESDAY,March 23 (08:30 am to 05:00 pm)* 

 


 SENDING BACK THE EXAMINATION SHEET 

Parents must send back the Exam sheets(Student response sheet) after completing the Online Exam on the same day, maximum 05:00 pm, to the Exam cell(Mr.Trideep/ Office at school(Mr.Prakash/Ms. Dimple).


*kindly Cooperate while contacting the  OFFICE / CLASS-INCHARGE / SUBJECT TEACHER    of the STUDENT due to the Covid-19  Precautionary measures at school 

*We also request you to please deposit the school fee up to March 31, 2021. "Please ignore the FEE message if you have paid."

 

Only *Exam-Sheets* from school are ALLOWED  to attempt the Online  Exam, And the *Virtual-Roll ( I TO VIII)* /*Hall-Ticket * is compulsory to appear in the Exam.






 Guidelines for Parents while conducting ONLINE ASSESSMENT. 

1, Guide /Assist a child to fill her/his name, Mother, and Father's name.

2. Read each instruction and question carefully.

3, Tick or Write or Choose  (if asked) answer each question in the space given.

4 Parents may call the subject teacher or class In-charge of any query or help before and after the test (but not in between conducting the Exam.)

5, This Online Question paper will be available to  Whatsapp number 10 Minutes before the exam start.

6,  FIRST  (A)Hand-Written -Virtual Assessment (HWVA) 

This assessment takes under the TIMED Virtual Assessment for the Class's online evaluation by the Subject Teacher with the 40 Min. of time-duration. After completing the HWVA  Question paper, A STUDENT  NEEDS TO  ADD FILE AT THE GIVEN SPACE OF THE ONLINE QUESTION PAPER  

*IMPORTANT* ONE DAY BEFORE THE SUBJECT TEACHER WILL SEND THE VIRTUAL SESSION SCHEDULE OF THE ONLINE EXAM.

Here, Students will write their Answers. Under the Subject-Teacher's Live Observation and then Upload their response by clicking the picture of the pages(answers) and upload it to the Online Assessment Question part (Add File).

(B)Online-Assessment:- After attempting the HWVA student can go for the online assessment question paper and after completing it can  see the Marks and view the answer key of the (Time duration 2 Hours.)


*NOTE*:- Classes I to V Parents must help or assist their Child to Add file /upload file while attempting the Online Question.


7, Parent / Student may take a SCREENSHOT of the MARKS for the REFERENCE (A)Online-Assessment.

 

8, Please provide an EXAM-SHEETS (FROM SCHOOL) to the student to write  the answer on the online-exam under the (B)Hand-Written -Virtual Assessment (HWVA)
